Elite Internship Program

Program Overview: The Elite 10 offers internships through its global headquarters in Washington. Our competitive internship program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with an exclusive opportunity to learn about the inner workings of The Elite 10.

Internship Positions Available: Internship opportunities are offered in most areas of the company. Please see below for specific internship opportunities that are currently available.

Eligibility: A candidate must be a graduate student; an undergraduate student; or have graduated from a prequalified collegiate institution within 12 months of beginning the internship.

General Information: The Elite 10 offers both traditional and virtual internships. Depending on the desired program, interns are expected to work anywhere between 15 and 40 hours a week during an 8 to 12 week period. Special considerations will be given on a limited case-by-case basis for applicants who wish to complete a short-term intensive internship over winter break.

All programs are considered unpaid and are carefully structured in accordance with the United States Department of Labor and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Our internship programs are organized on a seasonal basis and conveniently offered in the Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. Interns may receive academic credit if an agreement is made, prior to the start of the internship, between The Elite 10 and the intern's collegiate institution. All interns are subject to The Elite 10's employee rules and regulations.

Application Procedures: Candidates must complete an online application form and submit it with their attached cover letter and resume. Unless special accommodations are required, all application items must be submitted as a complete package via The Elite 10's secure online Internship Application Form. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Some internship positions may require additional application items, such as a writing sample, which should only be submitted per the request of The Elite 10.

  • SUMMER: Applications must be submitted by April 1.
  • FALL: Applications must be submitted by August 1.
  • WINTER: Applications must be submitted by November 1.
